TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE
“Purina Fun in the Sun Promotion”
1. The “PURINA FUN IN THE SUN” (“the Competition”) is available to all customers (“the Customer”). Customers who purchase any Purina dog and/or cat food valuing $5,000 before tax will be eligible to enter the promotion.
2. The Competition will run for approximately eleven (11) weeks starting from 12am on February 17, 2025, to 11:59 pm on April 30, 2025 (“the Competition Period”).
3. The Competition is authorized under Section 58(3) of the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act.
4. To enter the Competition the Customer will be required to complete an entry form or write their contact details on paper and attach proof of purchase. The proof of purchase is a detailed receipt. Customers must correctly complete the Slogan PURINA YOUR PET, OUR PASSION (PU_IN_, YO_R P_T, O_R P_S_I_N). Drop entry in boxes provided in stores or mail to PO Box 420, Kingston 6.

5. The Customer can enter as many times as they wish. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter the competition. Only one prize per winner.
6. Employees of Cari-Med Group and their immediate families (spouse and children) living in the same household will not be eligible to enter.
7. The first correctly completed entry drawn from combined entries on the draw date will win a grand prize of an All-inclusive Staycation for 4 persons (2 adults, 2 children) for 4 days and 3 nights at Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa. Pets are not allowed on the hotel property. Winner can redeem the prize between July and August 2025. Winners will be responsible for their transportation. One back up winner will be drawn in case we are unable to reach the winner from the first entry drawn. After the grand prize and back up winners are drawn, we will then select 5 consolation prize winners of $50,000 Shopping Spree per winner. Each winner will be given 60 seconds to complete the Shopping Spree. A minimum of 3 Cari-Med products and 1 Purina brand are mandatory. Five (5) back up winners will be drawn for the Shopping Spree.
Draw date is MAY 16, 2025.
8. Winners will be contacted via phone within 24 hours of the draw and are required to claim prizes between July and August 2025. During the 24 hours, a total of 5 attempts will be made to contact prize winners. Winners are required to present government issued photo ID for prize collection. Acceptable forms of ID include passport, driver’s licence and voters ID. Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Unclaimed prizes after the 30 days of notification will result in the backup winners (in order drawn) being contacted for the prize. All prizes if further unclaimed, will be retained by Cari-Med.
9. Winners may be required to participate in planned publicity in connection with this competition. By entering the Competition, the prize winner consents to the use of his name, likeness, image, photograph for all programming and/or publicity for advertising purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media and formats used by us or our agencies, without further compensation, throughout the entire world in perpetuity. If a winner refuses to do so, they forfeit their right to claim the prize.
10. Cari-Med Group, with consultation and prior approval from the BGLC, reserves the right to at any time vary the terms of the Competition, to amend its Terms and Conditions, or to withdraw the competition. In any of these events, notice will be given via media advertisements or messages to customers and will be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
11. Cari-Med Group, with consultation and prior approval from the BGLC, reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Competition if any fraud, or other problem corrupts the administration, security, safety, or proper play of the Competition. In such event, Cari-Med hereby specifically reserves the right (but not the obligation) to award some other prize hereunder (as determined by Cari-Med, with consultation and prior approval from the BGLC) by means of a random drawing from among the eligible entries received up until the time of the impairment.
